Giuseppe Murgioni

I'm Giuseppe. I build the things agencies quote €100k for, for a fraction of that.

I didn't start by building software.

I spent years working across enterprise, scale-up, and start-up environments, mostly around growth, Customer Operations, sales, compliance, and anti-money laundering.

That put me close to the real problems inside companies: teams stuck in manual work, customers waiting on broken processes, managers trying to make decisions from messy data, and businesses paying serious money for tools that only solve half the problem.

At the companies I worked for, I saw teams paying €50k–€100k a year for platforms that almost worked, but never fully matched the way people actually did their jobs. So I started building leaner, faster custom versions that fit the real workflow instead of forcing the workflow to fit the tool.

That became my edge.

I don't only think in features. I think in workflows, users, customers, revenue, operations, and the business model behind it.

Sometimes the answer is a simple internal tool.

Sometimes it is a platform.

Sometimes it is a full company waiting to be built around the right problem.

Today, I build apps, internal tools, dashboards, automations, AI workflows, customer portals, MVPs, platforms, and early-stage business concepts for founders, teams, and companies that want to move faster.

Some projects are simple one-time builds. Some make more sense as revenue share, equity share, or a longer-term product partnership.

Bring me the messy workflow, the half-built idea, the platform concept, or the business opportunity you keep thinking about.

I'll help shape it, build it, and turn it into something that actually works.

How we work together

One-time fee, equity, revenue share - whatever fits the stage.

The default is a fixed one-time price for a fully built, shipped project. But I'm also open to equity deals, revenue share, or a hybrid (lower cash + small equity) - especially for early-stage products I genuinely believe in. Tell me what you're building and what you're optimising for, and we'll structure something that works for both sides.
