Customer Operations Lead at Coinmerce

At Coinmerce, I work as the Operations Lead where I’m responsible for running the entire Support department. I focus on improving how we operate, from the quality of service we deliver to the way we structure our internal processes. At the same time, I collaborate closely with the Compliance department, especially when it comes to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and scam detection. One of my key goals is to bring these departments closer together - making sure communication flows smoothly and that we tackle complex cases with more speed and accuracy.

My day-to-day involves finding smarter ways of working, whether that’s through automation, better cross-functional alignment, or developing strategies that boost both efficiency and impact. It's a balance between leading people, solving operational challenges, and constantly refining how we protect our users and scale the business.
